Unfortunately, we did not have enough trunk hosts registered by the deadline, so we needed to cancel this year’s event. We do not want to disappoint children with an experience which wouldn’t meet their expectations. However, we are already making plans for a successful Chadds Ford Trunk or Treat event for 2025!
Chadds Ford Township and the Chadds Ford Township Residents Association are hosting the first annual Chadds Ford Township Trunk and Treat. We can’t wait to celebrate Halloween with you! No need to register unless you would like to sign up your trunk or donate candy.
We will have up to 25 trunk sponsors for this exciting opportunity for kids to celebrate Halloween in a safe and fun way. Sponsorships are free and open to Chadds Ford Township business, organizations, and residents. This is a great opportunity to support your community and promote your business or organization to local residents.
Sponsor requirements:
Sponsors should arrive by 12:30PM and check in at the registration desk for
their assigned parking spot.
Each sponsor should decorate their vehicle with Halloween in mind.
Vehicles should be manned at all times.
Sponsors will provide their own candy or giveaways.
Candy should be individually wrapped.
Sponsors should provide a minimum of 500 pieces of candy.
Sponsors will be responsible for cleanup and trash disposal.
